A four-head stand-alone pick and place machine built for growing in-house SMT production, with a 44-feeder capacity, internal conveyor and multi-camera vision system.
Package includes the automatic conveyor system, four nozzles, computer and monitor, pneumatic and electrical feeder-ready ports, waffle tray mounting brackets and PPM operation software.
The QM4044 is designed for customers moving beyond prototyping into regular in-house SMT assembly. Four placement heads and 44 feeder positions provide more component capacity and higher production throughput while keeping the machine compact enough for stand-alone operation.
The vision system uses four upward-looking cameras for fast component inspection plus a precision camera for larger or more demanding devices. The built-in conveyor also allows the QM4044 to operate as a stand-alone machine today and become part of a fuller SMT line later.
