Compact 90W soldering station with fast electromagnetic heating, strong thermal recovery, a wide 80–480°C working range and intelligent sleep control for professional PCB assembly and repair.
Designed for lead-free and lower-temperature soldering applications with password-lockable temperature settings and programmable sleep temperature.
The QK202D uses electromagnetic heating to bring the soldering iron to working temperature quickly and recover heat rapidly between solder joints. Its 90W output provides the thermal capacity needed for lead-free soldering while remaining compact enough for a production bench, repair station or engineering lab.
A large blue LCD shows the actual and set temperatures, while programmable sleep control helps reduce idle tip temperature when the iron is placed in the holder. Temperature settings can also be password locked to help keep a shared production process consistent.
